RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Casa Lita, each piece is thoughtfully picked to be worn, loved and treasured. We truly hope you adore your jewellery! but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help ♡

RETURN WINDOW

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve this as a priority.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned with original Casa Lita packaging

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • General wear and tear
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Tarnishing or discolouration caused by exposure to chemicals, lotions, or improper care
  • Broken chains or clasps due to force or accidental damage

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear images so we can assist you.

Returns showing signs of wear or missing packaging may receive a partial store credit. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty.

JEWELLERY CARE & WEAR DISCLAIMER

All Casa Lita pieces are crafted from high-quality stainless steel, designed to be tarnish-free and waterproof for everyday wear. However, longevity depends on how each piece is worn and cared for.

We recommend avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, and excessive force to maintain the original finish and structure of your jewellery.

Please note that wear and tear caused by misuse, damage, or incorrect care does not qualify as a fault or manufacturing defect.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To request a return, please email support@casalita.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

Please include a note inside your parcel with your name and order number to help us process your return smoothly.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

You may use any courier, however we strongly recommend using a tracked service, as you remain responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. Casa Lita cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item following the steps above.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

This allows us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

STORE CREDIT POLICY

All approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Store credit will be provided once your return has been received and inspected, and can be used across all Casa Lita products. Store credit does not expire.

OUTBOUND SHIPPING FEES

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
