RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Casa Lita, each piece is thoughtfully picked to be worn, loved and treasured. We truly hope you adore your jewellery, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help ♡

CHANGED YOUR MIND?
You can cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please email support@casalita.co.uk first with your order number and the item(s), then post them back within 14 days of telling us. Items must be unworn and in their original condition and Casa Lita packaging. If a returned item shows signs of wear or is missing packaging, we may deduct for the loss in value.

Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings can’t be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or not as described.

REFUNDS
Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and checking the item. Standard delivery is refunded if you cancel the whole order. You pay for postage back to us. We recommend a tracked service, as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us as soon as you can with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll repair, replace or refund it and cover the postage. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights. Our 3 month warranty (see our Warranty page) applies as well.
Not covered: normal wear and tear, damage after delivery, damage from chemicals or improper care, and chains or clasps broken by force or accidental damage.

EXCHANGES
We don’t offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, place a new order and return the original as above.

JEWELLERY CARE
Casa Lita pieces are made from stainless steel with a gold or silver-tone finish, designed for everyday wear. They’re water and sweat resistant, but last longest with a little care. Take them off for swimming in chlorinated pools and hot tubs, and keep them away from perfume, lotions and harsh cleaning products. Wipe with a soft dry cloth and store them in your pouch.
