To initiate a return, please email support@casalita.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
♥ Once approved, securely package your item and send it to the return address provided.
♥ Please include your order number inside the parcel so we can identify your return upon arrival.
♥ Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
♥ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Returns must comply with our Return Policy to be eligible for a refund.
🕖 When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information <3
💍 Do your rings come in different sizes?
Many of our rings feature adjustable designs. Specific sizing information can be found within each product description.
😳 What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll do our best to help! support@casalita.co.uk

✨ Does your jewellery tarnish?
We use stainless steel and gold-plated materials.
Stainless steel is durable, waterproof, tarnish-resistant and suitable for everyday wear.
Gold-plated jewellery is designed to last with proper care. To help preserve its finish, avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions and other chemicals.

📦 Do you offer returns?
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. All other items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging.
💌 Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some pieces may return, while others are released in limited quantities. Follow us on social media or sign up to our mailing list for restock updates.
🫧 Is your jewellery suitable for sensitive skin?
Many of our pieces are made from stainless steel, which is generally considered hypoallergenic.
